The European Schools
Heads Association (ESHA) believes that, in order
to provide high quality education accessible by
all pupils, schools should be given the highest
level of autonomy. Teachers and school leaders
must be given the freedom and professional trust
to develop their schools in order to provide for
the needs of the pupils in their care.
